Life Subjects

In Jesus' Sermon On The Mount, He spoke of the Law and delved further into them, going right to the heart (literally) of the matter in Matthew 5:21-49.  For example, in verse 21 Jesus said (NIV) "You have heard that it was said to the people, 'Do not murder', but I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgement...  In other words, when we become so PO'ed with someone that we want bad things to happen (been there, done that), we've essentially murdered him. But I want to talk about Matthew 5:27-30.  Specifically, Adultery.  (NIV)"You have heard it was said, 'Do not commit adultery', But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.  If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away.  It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.  And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off a...
